Hazelnut Oil

Hazelnut oil is a pale yellow, delicately flavored vegetable oil obtained from hazelnuts, which contain between 50% and 65% oil by weight. With its subtle nutty aroma and light texture, hazelnut oil is widely appreciated in both culinary and cosmetic applications. In cooking, it adds a refined, gourmet touch to dressings, marinades, pastries, and desserts. In cosmetics, it is cherished for its nourishing, antioxidant-rich properties.

Naturally high in vitamin E, polyphenols, and essential fatty acids (including omega-6 and omega-9), hazelnut oil supports skin hydration, elasticity, and regeneration. Its antioxidants help protect cells from free radical damage, while its stability and resistance to rancidity ensure a long shelf life. Hazelnut oil is also known for its soothing properties, often used to improve the appearance of scars, stretch marks, and dry skin.
